On King's Day, we organized a golf day for charity. During this day, the golfers' scorecards were also their lottery ticket. When turning in their scorecards, golfers could make a voluntary contribution for De Honingraat. We made De Honingraat, the service center for children with intellectual or multiple disabilities, very happy with the huge amount of no less than €3,000. This amount came from the tournament fee, the voluntary contribution, the Neary contest, the tip from our staff and a supplement from Tespelduyn itself.
The service center in Noordwijkerhout for children aged 2 to 18 with mental or multiple disabilities, has a wish for another adapted duo-bike. The staff and children were overjoyed with the beautiful proceeds.
At De Honingraat the children are offered many activities, taking into account their abilities and limitations. All activities are aimed at stimulating the children's development as much as possible.
Harry was the winner with only 84 cm to the pin and he wins 2 green fees at De Swinkelsche. Beautiful balls, but just not good enough were the balls of Alida de Groot (121 cm), Jan-Hein Braam (143 cm) and Jim Kuipers (154 cm).
Prize winners can pick up their prizes Saturday, April 30, at noon at the front desk.
