The annual survey held in October for Annual Cardholders and Business Cardholders yielded the wonderful response rate of 45%. This indicates the enormous involvement and of course we are proud of that.

The analysis of the results will be completed shortly and so will the (sometimes surprising) tips we received.

Next week all those surveyed will receive an email with the results.
