Especially for youth players from 8 to 18 years with at least handicap 54 we organize training sessions on Friday evenings. Under the guidance of Rik or Nick, the players work 45 minutes specifically on their technique, followed by 45 minutes of free practice. During that second 45 minutes we set an assignment, for example a short game test or a Trackman challenge. We set up the lessons so that there is enough challenge for the participants.
Youth players can practice extra on the practice facilities of Tespelduyn from March 17 on Tuesdays from 19:00 to 20:00. During this training time, independent practice under supervision is the main focus. Players work on different parts of their game, while a coach is available for tips and support. Participation in this training opportunity is intended for youth players who can practice independently.
Using the advanced Trackman radar technology, players get instant insight into their strokes, such as ball flight, distance and swing speed. This helps youth players better understand their technique and make targeted improvements.
Registration for Tuesday evening youth training is done using Spond, the communication tool for Youth Golf.
