Course management
At golf course Tespelduyn, good course management is needed. With several water features and screened greens, it is important to go through the holes in stages beforehand. The golf course features three park holes. These can be played for free with a green fee for 9-holes or access to the driving range. Ideal to test your short game just before a round or of course to practice. There is water in the middle of park hole 1 and park hole 3. So work on that mental barrier!
Go low...
Got a day with wind to catch? Then you can work perfectly on your punch or stinger (these are low ball flights). A low ball flight is less affected by the wind. Ball position backwards and grab one more club is the advice. Do try it out on the driving range first. Without practice it still sometimes wants to go wrong.
